GENERAL & PAYMENTS
- You need to pay in full after the fully approved finished sketch and before the finished piece. The commissioner will be informed by me, beforehand, when payment is due.
- Please specify specifics in sizing and format before the start of the sketch (in request form by default).
- Watermark will be added to the finished piece, usually in a place that does not disrupt the illustration by any means. Refrain from removing it.
- I have the right to post the commission and use it for portfolios/ads. Commissioner will be kept anonymous, except if stated otherwise.
- When publishing any of my pieces, you must credit me.
- I can refuse your commission without stating a reason.REVISIONS
- Please specify specifics in sizing and format before the start of the sketch. Changes in format after the approved final sketch are not allowed. (in request form by default)
- After approval of the finished sketch, there can be only minimal changes done to the piece, such as: Color/Pattern, Hairstyle, Slight changes in outfits, Facial Expression.
- Fully scraping/re-doing of a commission DURING the WIP will require an additional fee of 5-10€.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
In general, my work does not have a deadline. Start of work starts shortly after (max. 1 month, but very unlikely) the request.
HOWEVER, if there is a deadline, please state and inform me at the beginning of the request, before I start working on the piece.USE
Selling/Merchandise of my illustrations of any kind are strictly prohibited. My services are mainly for personal use or non-profit publishing ONLY. When publishing, you must credit me (least is Username).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Preparation materials, sketches, visuals, photos, anything before the finished piece remain my property. Do not claim them as your own.REFUNDS
- After delivery of the finished piece, there will be no refunds.
Refunds must be made at latest during the WIP-stage.
- If there are complications that arise after payment at any stage (besides finished), such as me not being able to finish the piece, the commissioner will be given a full refund.COMMUNICATION
